Surface-mount fuse is suitable for lead-free soldering and power supplies
Schurter
UMF 250 surface-mount fuse
Schurter’s UMF 250 surface-mount fuse is suitable for the protection of power supplies, medical equipment, lead-free soldering processes and devices for home and industrial use, and has a current range of 500mA–10A.
The UMF 250 is part of Schurter’s UMT 250 series and protects electronic systems from overcurrents and short-circuits.
The fuse has a breaking capacity of up to 200A at rated voltage, which according to IEC is either 250VAC or 125VDC.
As the UMF 50 is RoHS compliant it is suitable for lead-free soldering and, according to Schurter, can be used as a replacement for other company’s products.
