FA-M3V multi-controller
The FA-M3V range-free multi-controller from Yokogawa Electric is suitable for industrial machines and devices such as electronic component/equipment assembly systems and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
The FA-M3V features two Tool Box programming tools — for the controller’s temperature control/monitoring and positioning modules — and the Widefield3 programming tool.
Additionally, the sampling trace function for the unit’s two CPU modules has been extended to enable the long-term logging of data and allows up to 100 traces to be set. It also allows any time interval to be specified and a variety of triggers to be set.
By inserting an SD memory card into the FA-M3V CPU module data can automatically be logged into a trace setting file — without the need to connect to a PC — which can be used to troubleshoot problems and debug programmes.
