Prioritychannel
Prioritychannel from Innovasic Semiconductor helps users to ensure that real-time industrial Ethernet messages are processed on time, regardless of the amount of network traffic.
According to the company, when the device was tested it continued to function well within 160µs of the desired cycle time, including during sustained traffic bursts.
The technology uses a combination of hardware and software and is offered for Ethernet/IP and Profinet Class B.
Units are available as plug-in modules, design-in network interfaces and customisable developer versions.
