Audon offers low-cost Ethernet solution
Audon Electronics
P8 series
The P8 series from Audon Electronics is a low-cost Ethernet solution for temperature monitoring and alarm in server-room, museum, medical and industrial applications.
A local-area network (LAN) is connected to open any web browser and begin monitoring.
Temperatures can be viewed in tabular or history chart formats.
The history memory can hold 900 readings, with a variable store rate from 10 seconds to 18 hours.
Stored history data can be downloaded to a PC file for further analysis.
The P8 series also has under- and over-temperature alarms.
The units can email a warning message to up to three users and can send SNMP alarm traps.
The series also supports Modbus TCP for integration with SCADA software.
Labview examples are available.
