Thomson Reuters Endnote for Windows patch
Thomson Reuters has released the latest patch for its bibliographic management and publishing software Endnote for Windows, which is available from Adept Scientific.
This latest patch is targeted to fix reported bugs, as well as update styles, import filters and connection files for the software, which is used by researchers, librarians and students.
It also adds two features to the Windows edition, as featured in the Endnote X5 Mac release earlier this year.
Individual Endnote X5 users can access their free update by choosing ‘Endnote Program Updates’ from the ‘Help’ menu and following the on-screen prompts.
New functions
- Opening and converting of Reference Manager 12 databases
- Editing and updating of Reference Manager 11/12 citations in Word
- Automatic update of multiple references or libraries
- Creation of up to 5,000 groups/group sets
