Ethermind Bluetooth 4.0 dual-mode products
Mindtree has unveiled a portfolio of its Ethermind Bluetooth 4.0 dual-mode products, designed to offer consumers a way to monitor their health in a car.
Mindtree envisages Ethermind as an extension of the trend for installing in-car infotainment units that offer features such as large displays and enhanced connectivity, taking note of the fact that people are spending more time in their cars.
It enables passengers to monitor personal health using the car-head unit to wirelessly connect to a range of consumer medical devices that use Bluetooth technology, such as heart-rate monitors, thermometers, glucose meters and pulse oximeters.
