Mwatch from Mindtree is an integrated platform designed to provide chief information officers with a way to monitor, measure and manage their IT infrastructure.
The platform is based on ITIL v3 guidelines with event, incident, problem, configuration and change management integrated with service desk support.
Mwatch features a correlation engine and built-in knowledge base, which maps infrastructure elements to specific services for proactive problem solving.
Mindtree added that the platform also automates standard operational activities and improves governance with a common dashboard for services, intelligent integration of a federated database, enterprise-wide pre-processed reporting, and framework compliance tracking.
