Datel offers linear sample and hold amplifier for radar applications and spectrum analysis
Datel
SHM-14 linear amplifier
Datel, a business unit of Murata Power Solutions, has launched the SHM-14 14-bit ‘ultra-high-speed’ linear sample-and-hold amplifier, which is designed for extremely fast data acquisition applications.
Featuring a 70MHz full power bandwidth and 250MHz small signal bandwidth, the SHM-14 achieves 12- and 14-bit acquisitions within 25ns and 35ns respectively.
This low-power device has an aperture jitter within 1ps and low output noise of 65uV rms, while output linearity is within ±0.0012 per cent.
Typical applications for the SHM-14 include radar applications, multi-channel data acquisition systems, spectrum analysis, direct IF sampling and correlated double samplers for CCD detectors.
