Advantech offers durable panel PC designed for use in harsh industrial environments
Advantech
PPC-179T panel PC
Advantech has launched the PPC-179T, a multi-functional panel PC system powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo LGA775 socket-based processor and robust enough to withstand the harsh conditions on factory floors and other industrial environments.
To optimise cost efficiency, the PPC-179T enables users to choose a CPU that fits their specific application and budget requirements.
Dual expansion slots and an array of I/O ports allow the panel PC to gain extended capability.
Because it has an IP65-compliant bezel design and touchscreen panel with an anti-corrosive and chemical-resistant finish, the PPC-179T can be used on manufacturing lines, chemical production plants and in many other factory environments.
