VT and HT computing devices
Mac Solutions is offering a range of vehicle-mount terminal (VT) and handheld terminal (HT) computing devices, manufactured by Darveen, for applications within ports and harbour authorities, airports, warehousing and quarries, satellite navigation, special-purpose vehicles, road care machinery, vehicle cameras, vehicle tracking and monitoring and logistics control.
The VT range enables real-time wireless communication between the vehicle and central control system or data centre and provides accurate navigation, according to the company.
All VT terminals feature an aluminium enclosure and are protected from dust and water ingress.
The HT range is equipped with a Marvell PXA270 520MHz processor and has a Windows CE 5.0 operating system pre-installed.
Both ranges include a choice of seven models.
