Panel PC workstations
Stealth Computer has released a line of rugged, industrial-grade Panel PC workstations, comprising LCD and computer, that are built to survive the challenges of harsh industrial environments.
The Stealth Panel PC products are available in 19in, 17in and 15in LCD sizes and are powered by a fully integrated Intel Core 2 Duo-based computer, offering a multitude of I/O connectivity.
The panel-mount stainless-steel front bezel is environmentally sealed to comply with NEMA 4X/IP56 specifications, protecting it from damaging moisture, dust and dirt.
According to Stealth, its all-in-one industrial Panel PC models are designed to support demanding operator interface and HMI application requirements at a reduced cost.
The chassis design allows for quick installation into control panels, consoles, kiosks and machines.
Every Panel PC model is shipped with a resistive touch-screen interface for simple point-and-touch operation.
The computers feature Intel Core 2 Duo processor technology, capable of handling high-intensity computing needs for today's demanding applications.
Standard systems ship with a multitude of I/O connectivity that includes USB, RS232/422/485 ports, LAN, PS/2 and VGA.
For applications that require extra performance and reliability, optional solid-state drive options are available.
An optional expansion chassis provides for two PCI Bus expansion card slots.
Systems are compatible with Microsoft 7/XP and can be custom configured to meet the exact needs of the OEM or end user.
Stealth's new Panel PC workstation models are currently shipping with a base price starting at USD2,995 (GBP1,851).
Possible applications include automation, control, HMI, marine, aviation, security, industrial, interactive kiosks and outdoor computing.
