Lenze claims data-input device suits practically all machine-building requirements
Lenze
Lenze I/O System 1000
The Lenze I/O System 1000 has been extended with additional bus couplers and module functions, making it suitable for practically all machine-building requirements, according to the company.
As well as digital and analogue I/O, modules are now available for temperature measurement, counters, relays and encoder feedback.
Key benefits
- Compact size with DIN rail mounting
- High bandwidth allows speedy response times and the use of real-time buses
- Stations of I/O can be created without the need for tools
- Clear labelling, LED indications on each channel and a two-part construction where the electronics can be exchanged without disturbing the wiring
- An integrated support for a standard 10 x 3mm shield bus bar is included so EMC shielding can be achieved easily without external terminals
- Because of the high data capacity, Ethernet-based bus systems and real-time buses can also be used, in particular EtherCAT, Profinet and Modbus TCP
