Eplan users can now import electrical wiring data for Mitsubishi Electric modular programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and servo/motion products into computer-aided engineering (CAE) projects directly from the Eplan Data Portal.
Accessed from within Eplan Electric P8, this new facility is designed to simplify and speed up component selection and configuration within a software project.
According to Mitsubishi Electric, it also enables more intelligent planning, reduces mounting errors and improves wiring.
