It is just great to be an engineer, there is no need for every people to get rich.
As far as we like our job.
If I like to be an engineer, I will be just fine with the money earned.
But once decided to change the career, an engineer can easyly get rich based on their profession on the particular area. And they are smart people in the end.

Its a nice decision for a student to choose engineering as carrier goal for him. After completion, they can make any field as their way of income. But the mai part is choosing branch or stream.

  • From Neil Lewin, Tue, 17 Apr 2012 11:28 am in Is the engineering skills shortage a myth?

I dont believe that the skills shortage is a myth. In my experience there are lots of engineering firms looking for new recruits but the main issue appears to be matching skills to the employees available.
