Lancer has recently launched the heavy-duty TI range of washingmachines to fill the requirement gap between full GMP pharmaspecification and laboratory models, for use typically in thecosmetics, oil and agri-food industries.
The TI models arerobustly made from high quality materials: the washing chamber,door and valves in 316L stainless steel and the casing, pipeworkand wash pumps in 304L stainless steel.
They feature powerfulspray arms and up to 3 independent washing levels which canaccept a variety of injector and other baskets for specificapplications such as glassware, tubes, valves, productiontooling, refill lines, etc; all controlled by the latestmicro-processor and up to 40 modifiable programmes.
Traceabilityand validation options are available including IQ/OQdocumentation, and other options include steam heating, HEPAfilters, conductivity meters and drainage cooldown.
With 4different chamber sizes and 16 models including double doorpassthrough and superdrying versions, there is a TI washingmachine to suit most applications.
If cleaning mostly labglassware then Lancer's standard UP or popular Labexia rangeof laboratory washers may be more suitable.
