Data sheet: RCK shaft-clamping elements from Cross and Morse
Cross and Morsecontact supplier
RCK 10 to 12 clamping elements data sheet
Cross and Morse offers shaft-clamping elements that provide maximum torque transmission in a single unit. Due to their large clamping surfaces, clamping pressures are kept to reasonable levels. The design enables automatic centring between shaft and hub and axial positioning of the hub does not change during clamping. They are suitable for applications with high bending loads. These units are offered in three series: a light-duty series (RCK 10), a normal-duty series (RCK 11) and a heavy-duty series (RCK 12) for maximum torque applications.

Taper bushes provide a low-cost, simple, quick method of securing sprockets, pulleys and couplings to a range of standard metric and imperial dimensioned shafts.
Cross and Morse has developed a bespoke solution for a beater application with very specific requirements. After studying the application with the customer, the technical team at Cross and Morse came up with a cost-effective Sprag-type freewheel clutch designed to ensure a long operating life.
Torque limiters from Cross and Morse are protective devices that limit torque transmitted in a drive system by slipping when a pre-set value is exceeded as a result of shock load, overload or machine jam.
The Cross and Morse LRC series of roller chain couplings consist of three high-strength components.
The RCK 13 clamping elements from Cross and Morse are very compact units capable of transmitting medium torques.
