Bluewave LED system
Intertronics has introduced the Dymax Bluewave LED prime UVA high-intensity spot curing system and a range of specially formulated LED-curable adhesives.
These adhesives are claimed to enable ultra-fast cures in seconds for a variety of plastics and metals used in manufacturing assembly applications.
With the Bluewave LED system, there are no bulbs to change and no warm-up is required; other benefits include cool cures and constant high intensity.
Together with perfectly matched adhesives such as the Dymax 3094, the excellent bonding of glass, PC, PVC, polyester, acrylic and metals can be achieved, with a fixture time of 0.2 seconds and tack-free cure in less than 30 seconds, according to the company.
