Roll marking technology
The continuous roll marking technology from Zeus is custom built and adapted to the exact diameter of each individual workpiece

Roll marking technology
The Zeus roll marking system eliminates secondary operations and any consequent inaccuracies
The tooling systems enable users to mark workpieces directly on the turning centre in order to produce uniform components, without having to use secondary processing.
The continuous rolling system is custom-built and adapted to the diameter of each workpiece. It rolls the pattern using multiple revolutions, which the company says results in precise and high-definition marking.
Spring-loaded systems feature a spring-return design that is suitable for the marking of jobs that involve parts in a variety of shapes and sizes and enables users to create the impression required by rolling once or partially in order to make the pattern required.
Both roll versions are offered in a variety of widths and diameters. Additional designs are available that accommodate the marking of non-uniform shapes such as chamfers.
