Vollmer CB 200, CM 300 and CMF 300 sharpening machines

CB 200, CM 300 and CMF 300 sharpening machines from Vollmer, are suitable for metal machining applications such as the sharpening of carbide-tipped bandsaw blades and carbide-tipped circular saw blades, and the production of carbide bandsaws.

The CB 200 machine is suitable for sharpening the tooth faces and tooth tops of carbide-tipped bandsaw blades and for the production of carbide bandsaws. According to the company, it has an attractive price-performance ratio.

Vollmer’s CM 300 and CMF 300 — both fully automatic machines — are suitable for the sharpening of carbide-tipped circular saw blades of up to 1,440mm in diameter.

Additionally, the CM 300 features nine CNC-controlled axis and can machine the cutting edges at tooth faces in one set-up. The CMF 300 can do the same for tooth sides.

The sharpening machines — which include handling systems and loading palettes — can be used for automatic, round-the-clock operations.
