Hios BL electric screwdrivers
Kaisertech has added the Hios BL series of brushless motor electric screwdrivers to its product range.
These tools are said to need less maintenance than conventional electric screwdrivers, while offering longer life and less pollution in continuous production environments.
They can be converted to lever or push start in a few seconds and have automatic shut-off.
Torque can be adjusted as required, with the unit stopping when the set torque is reached to prevent over- or under-tightening.
The range is step less from 0.02 to 2.8Nm depending on the tool specified.
Screw sizes up to 5mm, or 4mm self tapping, can be handled.
