Phoenix Contact's printing system can be used to mark terminals, cables and conductors
Phoenix Contact
Thermomark Line printers
The Thermomark Line printing system from Phoenix Contact is made up of two thermal transfer printers and can be used to mark equipment such as terminals, cables and conductors.
The system is made up of two printers — the Thermomark Card printer and the Thermomark Roll printer — and a laptop onto which Clip Project marking software has been installed.
The former prints plastic labels in card and Mat formats and the latter processes labels and heat-shrink tubing in specific formats or endless rolls.
Large covers can be opened on the side to make changing the ink ribbon easier.
Additionally, according to the company, each marking card takes eight seconds to print.
Key features
- Both printers set themselves apart.
- Integrated material detection avoids printing if the inserted material does not match the print data.
- The touch screen can output plain text messages and also accepts direct entries from users.
- The printer is connected to a laptop via a USB port.
