STH and STQ Ratio:Matic duplex pumps
Integrated Dispensing Systems is now offering STH and STQ Ratio:Matic duplex pumps from Fluid Metering for applications such as precision mixing, diluting and proportional metering in the medical, analytical and industrial instrumentation industries.
The Ratio:Matic pump consists of any two Fluid Metering valveless pump heads direct coupled to a single variable-speed drive consisting of a standard 23-frame stepper motor, although other motor drive types can also be used.
As the displacement of each pump head can be independently adjusted, and with a variety of pump head sizes available, there are many combinations possible to achieve dispensing ratios from 1:1 to 500:1.
Key features
- The duplex OEM pumps incorporate Fluid Metering’s Cerampump valveless piston pump technology, which utilises a single moving part consisting of a rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston to accomplish both pumping and valving functions without valves.
- The piston and mated cylinder liner are factory matched using sapphire-hard ceramics, which are designed to ensure a long-term drift-free accuracy of less than one per cent over millions of maintenance-free cycles.
- Where frequent changes in mixing ratios or dispense volumes are required, pump models are also available that can be adjusted in the field.
