Oven Tracker XL2 temperature profiling system
The Oven Tracker XL2 temperature profiling system from Datapaq is designed for the automotive industry, large OEMs and coating suppliers.
The XL2 consists of a data logger, thermal barrier, thermocouples and analytical software and is available in six or eight channels.
The LED indicator tells the user immediately upon oven exit if the process is in control and the run was successful based on a choice of pass/fail criteria.
The XL2 has multiple run capability, and its enhanced memory is capable of handling 10 consecutive runs before the information needs downloading to a computer.
Hardwired telemetry can be used outside the batch oven to transmit live data directly to a computer.
Users can extend their operation up to 16 measurement locations in a single run with the Dual Interface Block (DIB).
The XL2 also features Datapaq's Insight software.
Users can choose between Professional and Basic functionality packages to suit their specific needs.
