Shielded and non-shielded glass and plastic windows
Chomerics Europe, a division of Parker Hannifin, is offering a range of shielded and non-shielded glass and plastic windows for use in both portable and fixed-location equipment within the military, medical, public information display and test and measurement industries.
According to the company, glass windows provide good optical clarity and transmission while ensuring scratch resistance.
Chomerics added that its non-glass windows — which are made of either polycarbonate or acrylic material — are designed for use at temperatures of up to 100ºC and are generally chosen for their lightweight and shatter-resistant characteristics.
Optional product features
• Enhanced optical filters
• Hybrid laminated glass
• Plastic filters with an integrated metal mesh for EMI shielding
• Hydrophobic, oliophobic, anti-reflective and anti-fogging coatings
