The IP67 bayonet-style RJ45 Ethernet field-wireable connector from Turck is resistant to water and toxic chemicals and is suitable for use in harsh environments within the automotive, machine building and food processing sectors.
The bayonet-style mating prevents both over and under tightening and needs only a quarter turn to attach and lock.
In addition, the connector is water resistant in depths of 1m for up to half an hour.
It offers CAT 5e performance — enabling data transmission speeds of up to 1,000Mbps (1GB per second).
The connector is available in plastic and metal models and works in all Ethernet applications.
