Extraction arms for fume-producing applications
Flextraction
PR range of extraction arms
Local exhaust ventilation product manufacturer Flextraction has introduced a range of extraction arms designed to create a better environment in the workplace during welding.
The extraction arms are offered with and without LED lighting in the hood.
They are designed to be used in industrial applications where fumes are produced.
The PR range of extraction arms - PR 1500, PR 2000, PR 3000 and PR 4000 - have a working radius ranging from 1,150-3,600mm, when mounted at a height of 2.0m and being used at a working height of 750mm.
They are manufactured using the latest production technology, meaning they are easy to manoeuvre into the exact position where extraction is required.
They are also very stable when positioned and meet the European Union standard for the extraction of welding fumes.
The extraction arms are available in 1.5m, 2m and 4m lengths in a diameter of 160mm extracting welding fumes at 18m/sec and the standard hose is made of spring coil embedded in PVC-coated polyamide fabric.
The arm is delivered partly assembled with a wall bracket for easy installation with all steel components being powder coated.
Brackets for ceiling and floor mounting are also available.
