Rockwell Automation has supplied Cyan Tec with mid-range and linear systems for the manufacture of direct-to-product inkjet printing systems.
Cyan Tec offers direct-to-product printing for a range of applications, such as medical devices, aerospace, automotive, packaging, electronics, white goods, food and beverages.
The system provided by Rockwell Automation uses a variety of components from Allen-Bradley, including Compactlogix PAC, MPAS linear motor stages and MPAI cylinders.
According to the company, this has enabled it to improve adherence to national, local and company standards and integration with communication protocol.
