WLM400 802111 wireless module
Laird Technologies has launched the WLM400 802111 wireless module aimed at streaming video and high data rate applications.
The WLM400 802.11b/g Wireless LAN module utilises an ARM9 application processor to provide a streaming channel that can deliver in excess of 15Mbps real data throughput with a 54Mbps 802.11g link with minimal power consumption.
Key features of the WLM400 include full embedded TCP/IP stack, support for 802.11b/g specification, and low power operation.
Additionally, the modules support antenna diversity, excellent range, an ARM9 application processor, UART control port, as well as SPI, I2C, GPIO, and ADC ports.
Extensive development tools and technical support are also available.
