ZF shows switches/sensors for automotive market
ZF Electronics
Cherry brand switch/sensor products
ZF Electronics is exhibiting its latest Cherry brand switch and sensor products for the automotive market at the Sensor and Test Exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany.
The company offers a range of sensors and switches for measuring position, angle, force, speed and displacement in vehicles, including on- and off-road applications, heavy trucks and recreational vehicles.
The Cherry brand standard product range includes magnetic position sensors, button-activated position sensors, geartooth speed sensors, geartooth speed and direction sensors, ferrous vane sensors and angular position sensors.
Packaging solutions designed by ZF have resulted in models that are capable of operating in high-temperature environments and the company's developments in sealing technologies has led to certification to IEC529 IP67 for water and dust protection for most product lines.
