Lambda Photometrics is offering the Zegage non-contact optical profiler from Zemetrics, which can be used in applications within industrial manufacturing, R&D, quality inspection and failure analysis.
According to the company, the profiler eliminates the need for vibration isolation and specialised enclosures.
The Zegage features a through-the-lens focus aid to help with part set-up, and a heavy-duty sample stage that has standard T-slots for part fixturing and gauge-capable metrology.
It also has a one million pixel image sensor and a variety of viewing options, such as manual or motorised turret options for multiple objective lenses.
Additionally, the Zegage’s analysis software is Windows 7 64-bit based and offers 2D and 3D data analysis.
