Keyence launches machine-vision system with debugging, simulation and trace-log tools
Keyence
XG-7000
Keyence has introduced the XG-7000 series, a machine-vision system with an image-processing platform designed to prevent overloading and other maintenance problems.
The XG-7000 series can be programmed in a PC environment, in which the XG Vision Editor software can be used to develop the vision program and user interface.
XG Vision Editor takes the form of a flowchart in which users drag and drop processing ’blocks’ to create the flow.
A range of algorithms and filters are available, including Shapetrax2 positioning tools, Stain defect-detection tools and Edge measurement tools.
