FCB-E block cameras
Sony Image Sensing Solutions (ISS) is currently previewing its FCB-E block cameras - which feature progressive scan, colour enhancement and new lens technology - at the 2010 IFSEC security show.
The show is taking place at the Birmingham NEC until 13 May.
The FCB-E range of OEM block videocameras gains a digital output, meaning users can integrate the device into IP-based applications and a number of additional features.
The range's enhanced image-stabilisation, horizontal resolution, white balance and wide D functionalities will increase its range of applications.
The range will consist of seven modules, the first of which will be the FCB-EX1020/P.
This will use a 1/4-type EXview HAD CCD image-sensor coupled with an industry-leading 36x optical zoom; 12x digital zoom provides exceptional picture clarity.
A new stable zoom functionality, effectively extending zoom capability up to 40x magnification, has also been integrated.
