RDP Electronics has announced that its Model 13 compression load cell can handle a 1,000lb load and measures just 19mm in diameter and 6.5mm high.
The larger model - Model 53 - at 36mm diameter and 25mm us rated for a maximum 30,000lbs.
Utilising stainless-steel construction, both versions are physically robust, compact and well-suited for measuring large loads in applications were space is limited.
Models D and TH offer the additional benefit of through-hole mounting.
