Audio Video Supply has announced that it is now offering cameras and other components from Basler Vision Technologies.
Audio Video Supply can supply area scan cameras, line scan cameras and network/IP cameras from Basler Vision that are useful for CCTV security applications as well as industrial/machine vision applications.
The Scout Series area scan cameras have Firewire-b (IEEE1394b) and Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) interfaces, Genicam and EMVA 1288 that are all compatible with the latest vision industry standards.
They come with choices available in 40 different models to suit application needs for colour, sensor type, sensor size, optical size, pixel size, frame rate, mount and power consumption.
The Sprint Series line scan cameras are based on a CMOS sensor with resolutions available in 2k, 4k and 8k.
These cameras, which come in either colour or monochrome, are suitable for web inspection, surface inspection, food inspection and document inspection applications.
These high-speed and high-sensitivity cameras come with a Camera Link interface that is said to provide consistent performance and reliability.
The BIP-1000C IP camera comes with a 1/3in Sony Wfine progressive scan RGB CCD image sensor with an XGA resolution of 1028 x 768 pixels.
This IP camera features progressive scan, video compression (MJPEG, MPEG-4 and H.264), scaling and AOI functionalities, motion detection, day/night functionality and Power over Ethernet (IEEE 802.3af) in a compact metal housing that weighs around 230g.
