The HGDx, HGPxx, and HGAR magnetic sensor series from Alps Electric Europe cover a wide range of product applications.
From pure switching functionality (open/closed recognition), through to position recognition and number of revolutions recognition, a wide range of differing types is available.
Depending on the application, the user can choose between different voltages, current saving and speed variants (numbers of revolutions of over 200,000rev/min are possible), as well as products with analogue or digital output.
For incremental applications, the 'latching' types of the HGPxP series are available.
With the HGPxD series, Alps offers a special type with two out-of-phase working sensors, with which an incremental encoder can be achieved.
With this wide range of products, use in nearly all applications is possible; from consumer products and home appliances to industrial applications, in mobile and/or stationary devices.
