XDL12 data logging system
Datapaq's XDL12 data logging system provides temperature uniformity surveying in batch and vacuum furnaces where data collection, external to the furnace is desirable.
Combining the XDL12 data logger with Datapaq's Insight furnace survey analysis software provides temperature uniformity surveys to AMS2750D standard.
Positive, standard thermocouple connecters reduce the risk of survey failures and expensive furnace downtime.
Thermocouple types can be specified to suit an application and Datapaq will pre-configure all 12 channels to meet the exact needs of the customer.
One single software package is used for TUS (temperature uniformity survey) set up, thermocouple and data logger calibration correction factors, and AMS2750D report generation.
The system has built-in alerts for stabilisation, survey time and an overshoot alarm.
