Falcon video measuring system
Vision Engineering has brought out Falcon, a three-axis non-contact video measuring system.
Falcon incorporates an indexed camera iris control to reduce depth of field, increasing the accuracy and repeatability of Z-axis results, a common problem of video systems.
Geoff Newman, senior design engineer at Vision Engineering, said: 'The Falcon incorporates an indexed camera with an iris control, allowing engineers to utilise high magnification with the versatility of adjusting the depth of field during critical measurement.'
