Designated the Vitrek 944i, this versatile product combines AC dielectric strength testing (AC Hipot) with DC dielectric strength testing (DC Hipot), and insulation resistance to 65 Gigohms with earth continuity measurement, all from a single test connection.
Features include automatic calibration, built in diagnostics, internal "watchdog" safety monitor, user memory for up to 100 test routines, arc detection and available interface package with IEEE-488.2, RS-232 and direct test results printout capability.
On the front is an easy to read vacuum fluorescent display shows test display status, readings and automatic set up menus.
Also included are brilliant L.E.D's which illuminate a lightning bolt whenever the output exceeds 100V.
A user configurable beeper provides a loud warning prior to and during high voltage testing.
Operating temperature range is 0 to 50 degrees C.
The 944i measures 89 x 432 x 457mm and weighs 14Kg making it easily transportable.
