Unitemp introduces compact vacuum ovens and dryers
Unitemp
VAC ovens
Unitemp VAC-100, 200 and 300 PR vacuum ovens and dryers can test adhesives, electronic/electrical components, materials and small assemblies under low pressure and high temperature parameters.
The VAC ovens are made of stainless steel and have an operating temperature range of 5 - 35C and a temperature controlling range of 40 - 200C.
The pressure pull-down rate is from atmospheric to less than 133 Pa, which can be obtained from between four and 15 minutes, depending on the model.
A control panel features six application-specific operation modes, including one that adjusts the depressurisation rate during high volume processing of identical specimens.
One program can remember up to nine steps.
The direct heated vacuum dryers can quickly perform tasks that use nitrogen, such as anaerobic baking, de-foaming, hardening and de-aerating.
A viewing port is built into the oven door to allow easy observation of the specimens.
The capacities are between 91 and 512 litres, with inside dimensions of between 450 x 450 x 450mm and 800 x 800 x 800mm.
The ovens weigh between 320 and 610kg.
They are mounted on castors for ease of movement and are provided with stabilising attachments.
