Barksdale reveals electronic pressure switch
Barksdale Control Products
electronic pressure switch
Barksdale has extended its electronic pressure switch family with the addition of the UDS1V2, providing superior performance compared with mechanical pressure switches.
Applications include pressure monitoring on pumps, hydraulic power packs, lubricating machines and injection moulding machines.
The UDS1V2 is available with 1 switching output and freely adjustable hysteresis, or with 2 switching outputs and 15 per cent hysteresis.
For OEM requirements, the pressure switch may be supplied with any predetermined switch point and hysteresis factory set.
The set-point adjustment is achieved via two tactile push buttons with teach-and-go programming.
The compact housing has an IP65 enclosure rating and includes a removable polyamide cover, providing additional protection and unauthorised access to the push buttons.
The measuring ranges are from 0-10bar to 0-600 bar, with G1/4in male process connection and M12 electrical connector.
