Chatillon Digital Force Gauge, models DFX II, DFE II and DFS II
The three latest digital force gauges from Lloyd’s Instruments feature full-colour displays and Bluetooth connectivity, and are designed for use in industries such as plastics, electronics, pharmaceutical, biomedical, packaging, automotive, general manufacturing and military.
The DFS II has an accuracy of more than 0.1 per cent of full scale and Bluetooth connectivity. It can be equipped with integral load cells or smart remote sensors for use in load and/or torque measurement.
The DFE II is for use in handheld or test stand applications and supports a range of standard gauge functions such as normal and peak readings, high/low limits, pass/fail results, set points, statistical results load cell actuation and direction.
The DFX II is suitable for uses that require basic peak force measurement and has an integral load cell with a measurement accuracy of ±0.3 per cent of full scale. The latest model also includes a rechargeable power supply.

- DFE II and DFS II models have full-colour displays and USB communication capability.
- NEXYGEN DF software, which supports statistical quality control, is standard on the DFS II and optional on the DFE II.
- DFX II is available in four capacities — 10lbf, 50lbf, 100lbf and 200lbf.
- On all gauges loads are displayed in ozf, gf, lbf, kgf and N units.
- All gauges are supplied with carrying cases.
- All are compatible with previous models’ stands, accessories and software.
