Megger offers transformer ohmmeters that feature integrated computers
Megger
MTO300 series transformer ohmmeters
The MTO300 series of transformer ohmmeters from Megger can measure resistance on all phases and windings of power transformers, without users having to disconnect and reconnect the test leads.
The series features an automated six-winding test function, as well as a lead set that enables resistance and turns ratio test to be performed using a single set of connections to the transformer.
Additionally, MTO300 series transformer ohmmeters use a simultaneous winding mechanism that energises HV and LV windings at the same time during testing. According to the company this gives fast, reliable measurements.
It is offered in two versions — the MTO300 and the MTO330. The former is controlled by Megger PowerDB software, which can be run on an external PC or a Megger transformer test product that includes an on-board computer. The MTO330 includes an integrated computer that runs an onboard version of PowerDB and features a 8.4in colour display and a QWERTY keyboard.
The MTO300 is part of the MTO3XX series of ohmmeters. Click here to download the brochure.
