Keithley Instruments will broadcast a web-based seminar entitled ‘Techniques for making optical low-current and high-resistance measurements’ at 13:00 GMT on 27 October 2011.
The webinar is targeted at engineers, researchers, physicists, universities and companies that need to make low-current or high-resistance measurements on devices and materials.
Fundamental techniques that will be covered include choosing the appropriate instrumentation and cabling, and making the proper connections to the device.
Measuring the offset current and determining the noise floor of the entire system will also be described in detail.
