Ismithers announces Ipolycond website launch

Smithers Rapra

Ipolycond project

The Ipolycond project website offers users the opportunity to register for access to some useful resources.

These include an online library about conductive polymers; datasheets, case studies and presentations from the Ipolycond project; and an article explaining electromagnetic interference (EMI), electrostatic discharge (ESD) and how conductive polymer composites can protect against them.

Ipolycond is a two-year project funded by the Transfer of Innovation strand of the European Commission's Lifelong Learning Programme, which will integrate the consortium's scientific knowledge and experience to develop, write and test industry-specific training materials and resources.

Ipolycond will be managed by Ismithers, working with a consortium of 10 partners from across Europe, including the British Plastics Federation, Aimplas, TBA Electro Conductive Products, Betase, EuPC and VTT.
