SPE Russian Oil and Gas event
The SPE Russian Oil and Gas event takes place in October 2010 in Moscow under the theme 'Best Practices and Innovations for Mature and Frontier Developments'.
The co-chairmen of the Conference Programme Committee are Mars Khasanov, director for science at Russian Oil and Rosneft, and Andrei Gladkov of Modeltech.
The conference will feature plenary, technical and poster sessions with simultaneous translation available, as well as Topical Luncheons.
There are six technical disciplines, for which the Call for Papers closes on 4 February 2010.
These cover subject areas including health, safety and the environment; geology and geophysics; reservoir evaluation and engineering; well construction; facilities, construction and projects; and production operations.
The adjoining exhibition will see hundreds of technological displays and solutions on show and available from both Russian and international companies.
