Linear seminars to discuss DC/DC regulators
Linear Technology
DC/DC uModule regulators
Linear Technology has announced a series of free half-day seminars on the use of its range of high-performance DC/DC uModule regulators.
The seminars are designed to help designers solve their power-design challenges with efficient, compact uModule power solutions.
The seminars take place in March and April at the dates and locations below in the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Seminars are supported by Arrow and Nu-Horizons Electronics, with a guest presentation from Wurth Electronics at the Belfast and Cork events.
Linear's power uModule products are said to significantly simplify power design and reduce time to market.
The seminars will provide information on such topics as efficiency, output ripple measurement, loop stability, noise and EMI, and system diagnostics.
The seminars will provide an overview of high-end power needs for complex systems, discuss the power uModule regulator concept and include a design lab with demonstrations of tools and demo boards.
Seminar schedule: 16 March 2010, Bristol; 18 March 2010, Southampton; 23 March 2010, Cork; 25 March 2010, Belfast; 13 April 2010, Bedford; 14 April 2010, Reading; 15 April 2010, Coventry; 27 April 2010, Cambridge; 29 April 2010, Manchester.
