Easyfairs
Hazex hazardous area event
Easyfairs has announced the introduction of a hazardous area event — entitled ’Hazex’ — at Maintec 2012, in association with Hazardous Engineering Solutions.
Easyfairs says that the area will be included in the show in order to reflect the growing responsibilities of engineering professionals and the tightening of health and safety legislation for industrial, commercial and government sites and facilities.
Hazex will provide Maintec 2012 visitors with information about products, legislation, case studies and techniques that apply to engineers working within hazardous areas and/or handling hazardous materials. It will also provide a forum for organisations working within hazardous environments.
Additionally, there will be a programme of seminars covering a range of topics related to working with or around hazardous areas.
Key information
- Maintec runs from 28 February to 1 March 2012
- It takes place at the NEC in Birmingham
