HNC in Electronics
A-1 Technical Training reports record numbers enrolling on the HNC in Electronic Engineering by distance learning.
The HNC in Electronics consists of nine mandatory units, two optional units, plus one graded unit (12 credits).
The mandatory units (nine credits) include the following subjects: communication, practical skills, mathematics for engineering 1, analogue electronic principles, combinational logic, sequential logic, high-level engineering software, single-phase AC circuits and electronic testing skills.
The optional units are: electrical networks and resonance, and mathematics for engineering 2.
To complete the HNC in Electronics there is an Electronics Engineering Graded Unit 1 exam.
The HNC in Electronics engineering programme is accredited by SQA and is recognised worldwide.
