Testing tool enables command/response analysis
Elan Digital Systems
SDCT5 testing tool
Elan Digital Systems has added the SDCT5 testing tool to its SD/SDIO range.
This device is intended for designers and manufacturers of SD/SDIO devices and enables fast implementation of controlled command/response analysis.
The SDCT5 is a configurable SD/SDIO host with a Java-based GUI, providing flexibility while conforming to SD/SDIO standards.
The user can set up a customised sequence of SD/SDIO commands to exercise cards responses, SDIO interrupt and error handling.
The SDCT5 allows the user to set up 'what if' scenarios for their target devices, in order to determine 'real world' performance and behaviour.
In addition to its test and measurement products, Elan offers a range of chip-level interface devices, as well as a full custom-design service to industry.
