VCO meets low phase noise performance requirements
Z-Communications
SMV3727A-LF VCO
Z-Communications has introduced the SMV3727A-LF, an RoHS-compliant voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) model in S-band for digital radio and fixed wireless applications.
The SMV3727A-LF operates at 3,710-3,477MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-3VDC.
The VCO features a typical phase noise of -83dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 142MHz/V.
It is designed to deliver a typical output power of 3dBm at 2.7VDC supply while drawing 10mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40C to +85C.
The SMV3727A-LF features typical second harmonic suppression of -15dBc and comes in Z-Communications' standard Sub-L package measuring 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.08in.
It is available in tape and reel packaging for production requirements.
The SMV3727A-LF is also suitable for automated surface mount assembly and reflow.
